Print Companies in Westfield

Westfield, New Jersey, lies less than 25 miles from New York City. A historic town, Westfield honors its past as it plans its future.

Early days

Westfield dates back to 1720, when the area comprising the old village, now known as the downtown district, and part of the original Elizabethtown Tract, was settled. Luke Watson, Daniel Denton, and John Baily bought the Elizabethtown Tract from Native Americans in 1664. Westfield was first established in 1794 as a township, and then incorporated in 1798. It is one of the first 104 townships established by the New Jersey Legislature.

The history of Westfield and the surrounding area is the charge of the Westfield Historical Society, which operates from the Reeve History & Cultural Resource Center, an 1870s home. The Miller – Cory House Museum is also owned by the Society. Organizations that make a lot of material available to the public could make it easier for visitors if they worked with a flyer printing company on handouts that explain the collections.

Westfield's Downtown

Westfield's downtown district is a treasure, and one of the community's greatest assets. The area has been recognized by Main Street America, making it one of a national network of towns that share a single goal: to transform an area economically by making small improvements over time. Businesses, residents, and officials all work together to support local businesses and help them grow, encourage entrepreneurs, and create sustainable, inclusive communities. In Westfield, this effort is spearheaded by the Downtown Westfield Corporation (DWC), which is working to make the city's downtown a place people want to work, live, and visit.

An organization such as this provides valuable help to new businesses, and might want to consider working with brochure printers to create pamphlets that explain their mission, and how they can help young companies.

The downtown area features both national chains, such as Lord & Taylor, and locally owned shops, restaurants, and boutiques. There are more than 400 commercial businesses, and 200 retail stores downtown, including over 40 various types of dining establishments. More than one-third of the restaurants and retailers have been in business for at least 25 years. The heavy concentration of eateries and retail stores has made downtown Westfield a regional shopping destination for people from throughout the area.

Stores and restaurants in a lively area like this want to attract new and returning customers. Colorful Banners advertising special sales, or new menu items, which merchants can create by working with banner printing companies, can help in these efforts.

Companies of all kinds, whether they manufacture products or provide services, need tools to help them. Two of the most important are Letterheads, and Business Cards. Letterheads, the formal Stationery companies use in correspondence, are often the first thing a person sees from a particular organization. A well-designed, easy-to-read letterhead creates a favorable first impression, something of paramount importance. Talented Stationery printers can provide elegant Letterheads for any company. The same can be said for business card printing companies. Experts can help a company design an eye-catching card that will give new life to a tried and trusted communications tool, and make the ordinary business card a standout.

Print companies in Westfield can help provide expert products and services to the many organizations in this vibrant community.
