Thanks to an upcoming event, Westfield residents will soon be able to enjoy the experience of biting into some freshly harvested fruit.
The Georgia Peach Truck will be rolling into the community, filled with freshly picked peaches. Ones grown using organic methods will be included in the offerings, and pecans will be available as well.
The organizers of the sale pointed out that as only limited quantities are available, anyone who plans on placing an order may wish to do so well ahead of time to avoid disappointment. The system for this is set up and running, and it will accept pre-orders up to five days before the date of the truck’s appearance.
Each box of peaches will be sourced from Dickey Farms in Georgia, and will contain approximately 25 pounds of fruit. Boxes, labels, and other Packaging supplies for this sort of sale will be some of the items on offer at local printing services providers.
The truck filled with fresh peaches will be coming to the area from Georgia on Sunday, July 18. It will be parked at Williams Nursery and will be welcoming the public from 3:00 pm until 4:30 pm. Those who wish to place an order in advance can do so via the Georgia Peach Truck website, with a range of pricing options available.
