The Township of Clark recently announced that it is running a photo contest that will capture what makes the area a great place to live, work and play.
The Township has created the Clark Through the Lens Photo Contest, and this will be the first time it has done so. Kerry Ingredients has chosen to lend its support to the initiative, and at the time this was written, submissions were still being accepted.
Anyone who qualifies and has a photograph they would like to enter is welcome to do so, and the categories that have been created are Places, People and also Wildlife and Nature. It is open to residents of Clark, including those who work or go to school in the Township. Each contestant can enter once with up to three pictures, and they can be in different categories or all in the same. Prizes will be presented, and each entry will become the property of the Township of Clark.
A photo contest or other competition can help to highlight the beauty of a community. Print shops can design and Print award certificates as well as Corporate Gifts to use as prizes in a special event.
The final date to submit an entry to the “Clark Through the Lens” competition is October 25th. A submission form and more details are available on the Township’s website.
