Clark gathering to welcome autism moms
Being mom to an autistic child can come with its own set of unique challenges, and a Clark gathering will give these ladies time to come together for relaxation, learning, and camaraderie.
The Lemonade Moms Retreat will be held at Holiday Inn Clark, and it will begin on a Friday evening and continue on the next day. The fees being applied will be donated to Robbie’s World Foundation, which is the activity’s charity of choice.
Those who would like to be part of the experience can choose from a Friday night only, Saturday only, or full retreat tickets. The Friday will offer games, entertainment and a cash bar, and there will time for the moms to meet and mingle with other ladies who understand their challenges. The next day will offer learning sessions as well as massages, and remarks by the keynote speaker. Breakfast, lunch, and supper will be provided.
A retreat or similar activity provides a chance for special needs parents to meet and support one another. A poster printing company can lend a hand with getting the word out about an event to those who may be interested.
