Clark area planning tricky tray fundraiser
The Gateway Family YMCA provides lots of services, supports and activity options for local residents, and it will be bringing the fun to the Clark area with an evening of fundraising.
The Y We Care:Tricky Tray Auction Fundraiser is not far away, and while its ticket holders enjoy the fun, they will be supporting various community initiatives. Many local companies have already chosen to sponsor the session, and Galloping Hill Caterers, located at 1085 Galloping Hill Road in Union is set to be its location.
Admission to the function is $50, and every ticket holder will receive a full sheet of tickets for the small prize baskets. They can mingle and enjoy getting to know each other during the cocktail hour, and an open bar service will be available The items in the baskets will range from vacation items to tickets for sporting events, and the top prize will be a $1,500 gift card. Admissions is limited to those age 18 and up, and IDs will be checked at the door.
Many not for profit organizations count on the generosity of their home community for financial and other support. Businesses can lend a hand by donating corporate gifts to kids to offer as items for an auction or prize draw.
