The holiday season is just around the corner in Kernersville, and a community celebration is in the works to bring the town’s residents together.
The Kernersville Yuletide Celebration is coming to town next month with four separate locations working together to provide a memorable day for the town’s residents and visitors. Each location will provide different experiences to ensure a full day of fun and festivities for the entire family.
Guests can start the day at Körner’s Folly Historic House Museum, where families can enjoy tours of the 22-room Victorian-style home and take in the home’s holiday decorations. After the self-guided home tour, participants can stop by Cupid’s Park Theatre to hear live music from Heart of the Triad.
The Paul J. Ciener Botanical Garden will be another host site for the Yuletide celebrations. Organizers can rely on Print shops to produce marketing materials and maps to help attendees get from one host site to the next. The botanical garden will open multiple garden spaces to the public.
Other locations to visit are the Kernersville Museum's Historic Village to see the live decorated trees and the Kernersville Auto Museum to see classic cars.
The celebrations will be held across Kernersville on Saturday, December 13th, starting at 10:00 AM and ending at 4:00 PM. All locations have free admission except for the home tour, which costs $14 per adult and $7 per child.
