Kernersville parents seeking a fun summer camp opportunity for their children will want to make a note on their phones, as a local farm is hosting two week-long sessions.
The Horse & Farm Camp 2026 will be welcoming campers this June for an immersive week-long experience that is high on adventure, learning, and fun. The camp, which is designed for children between 7 and 14 years of age, will give participants hands-on experience working with different farm animals under expert supervision.
It’s also an ideal setting to let creativity flow, with organizers providing creative crafting sessions. Other highlights of the week-long camp include hayrides, farm-themed games, and other activities around the farm.
Campers will learn about and care for a different type of farm animal each day, followed by activities that include planting flowers, fishing, butter-making, and apple launching. Organizers can use brochure printing to provide informative resources that share large volumes of information about the camp with parents of potential attendees.
Snacks will be provided each day, though campers will need to bring lunch from home. Attendees will enjoy a picnic lunch session together before finishing the day with games.
Smith Hollow Farm in Kernersville will host the farm summer camp experience. Session one runs from June 8th to June 12th, and Session 2 runs from June 15th to June 19th. Camp days go from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Enrollment is open online for $375 per camper.
