An interior design course will be coming to the Kernersville region next month. The course will provide rental property owners with industry insights and tips on rental property design.
The Vacation Rental Design Summit 2024 will help local property owners optimize their properties to appeal to vacationers and individuals seeking short-term rentals. The event will provide access to innovative interior designers, home brands, and experts to help attendees enhance and transform their properties into more desirable places to stay.
The summit instructors will teach participants how to turn properties into experiences for rental guests and improve cash flows. Attendees will also network and socialize with industry experts to learn tips on attracting more tenants and earning more money. Participants will focus on the home goods side of interior design, and High Point Market will weigh credentials to determine who can attend. Business Cards are an excellent way to exchange information with other attendees at any summits or conventions.
Attendees are expected to leave the event with knowledge of how to improve properties and attract tenants during the vacation season. Interested parties are encouraged to register while spots last.
