Gala raises cancer awareness in Kernersville

A winter celebration and dinner are in the works in Kernersville, with organizers aiming to raise money and awareness of a challenging disease.

The Winter Warrior Gala will welcome attendees in a few weeks. It will provide Kernersville residents with an avenue to raise money and awareness of colorectal cancer and its treatment options. The event is open to interested parties 18 and older, and the organizers are excited to offer an evening where attendees can make new memories and connections.

The gathering will place the focus on individuals battling the disease, those who have overcome it, and support groups for those affected by it. Attendees will enjoy a night of hope, camaraderie, and inspiration for a better future. The money raised by the guests will go toward treatment advancements, early detection methods, and effective care. Banner printing is a colorful and warm way to welcome registered guests to such events while promoting local sponsors.

Attendees are asked to wear their best winter attire. Speakers will provide powerful stories and present each visitor with options to make a lasting difference in the lives of others.

The gala will be held at The Event at Two Ten, scheduled for December 7th. The doors will open at 5:30 PM, and the event will conclude at 10:00 PM. Tickets are available online or at the door, starting at $70 per person.
