The Business High Point Chamber of Commerce will soon be the host for an activity that may be of interest to those who call the city home.
The 2024 State of the City annual luncheon has been set for this July, and it will give the inside scoop on the city’s economic side. The Mayor and other officials are on the guestlist, and those who cannot make it in person will be welcome to view the live stream on Facebook.
The function will include an address by the Mayor, and this will be followed by a panel-style discussion that will provide an insider's insight into the city’s future. Local heroes will be recognized by the Chamber.
To help keep the activity on track and to add even more value for the audience, those who plan on attending either in person or viewing the live stream are invited to submit their questions in advance. Community events often garner a lot of attention, and a poster printing company will be happy to provide a variety of ways to get the word out.
This opportunity for High Point’s business community to get the word on the city’s economic forecast will be on offer at the Qubein Arena & Conference Center on July 17. Tickets start at $60. Its doors will open at 11:00 am, and questions may be submitted in advance through its online listing.
