There are several Christmas events taking place next month in Downtown Greensboro.
The first event is the Festival of Lights on December 1 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM. As it takes place on First Friday, it means downtown stores will be open later. There will be carolers, live performers on Elm Street, and the community tree lighting. Center City Park will be hosting a community singalong, visitors can ride the Polar Express or have their picture taken in the photo booth. There will also be holiday craft activities and an appearance by Santa at Hamburger Square. Treats and refreshments will be available.
The next day is set to feature the Holiday Parade, which begins at noon on North Green. This popular event attracts over 60,000 visitors, and features giant balloons, floats, dance and drill teams, and marching bands.
Throughout the month, Santa will be accepting visitors at the Biltmore Hotel. He will be there Saturday and Sunday beginning on December 9 and ending on December 23 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM each day.
Other events include a Santa pub crawl and the Piedmont Winterfest, which began on November 17.
Greensboro Stationery printing firms are often asked to provide advertising materials like Flyers or Posters to advertise holiday events.
