The 12th annual Summertime Brews Festival is taking place in Greensboro next month. A portion of all proceeds will go to the Animal Rescue and Foster Program.
The festival is set to feature over 500 beers for tasting, and all ticket holders will be given a sampling cup and will enjoy unlimited samples. There will also be food trucks and nonalcoholic beverages available for purchase. In addition, there will be musical entertainment throughout the afternoon. VIP ticket holders can attend a special Brewmaster Tasting.
Leading up to this event is the American Brewers Palate Awards. The entry deadline for the competition is May 20 and it is open to all those brewers participating in the festival. Each contestant must provide two bottles of their product. Judging will be done and the awards will be announced and presented at Embassy Suites by Hilton Greensboro on June 4.
It is likely that many of the Greensboro breweries that will be participating in the festival will be providing Promotional Products such as coaster and stickers.
The Summertime Brews Festival will be held at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex on June 25 from 2:30 - 8:00 PM. Tickets are $40 for general admission and $50 for VIP, and attendance is restricted to adults aged 21 and over. For the most up-to-date information, visit the official event website.
