The 25th annual Salute! Music and Brew Festival is taking place in Greensboro next month, and is a fundraising event for The Servant Center. Attendees will be treated to music, food and lots of fun activities.
The festival will be opened up by Jared and Katie in the Morning from 1074 KZL. Among the musical artists slated to appear this year are the Rob Messengale Band, Soul Central, Dangermuffin, The Mantras. and the Don Flemens Duo with Brian Farrow.
There will also be several local food trucks on hand, including the Gate City Growlers and El Torito Taquero.
Guests can also enjoy a variety of local craft beer. For the children, there is a kids’ area that will feature craft activities and a splash pad.
The Servant Center provides programs and services to the homeless and disabled, especially veterans. Their services include housing, healthcare, and restorative services.
Greensboro graphic design firms are often asked to design and provide the special signage and Banners needed to highlight certain areas of festivals like this.
The Salute! Music and Brew Festival will be held at the Barber Park Amphitheater on June 23 from 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM. Tickets are $40 for adults and free for children aged 12 and younger. Contact Stacey Kyser at 336-275-8585 x304 for more information.
