Fayetteville adoptive families welcome to attend annual event
A symposium that focuses on the topic of adoption from the perspective of community partners, foster parents, adoptive parents and professionals is scheduled for Fayetteville, and it will run for an entire day.
November is Adoption Month, and all across the country, people and organizations are celebrating how it can be a way to build a loving family. The “Putting the Pieces Together” conference will be all about the ins and outs of the adoption process. The various styles of adoption will be discussed, and an assortment of subject matter experts will take to the podium to share their expertise and other helpful information.
Along with the professionals, several adoptive families will address the group, sharing details about their experiences. The attendees can learn about permanent placements, adoptions and what the reunification process may look like, and a review of shared parenting is also on the agenda. Along with this, there will be time set aside for the delegates to network and build connections with others who are on the same journey.
The day is scheduled to begin at 8:30 am, and onsite daycare may be available for anyone who needs it. Brochure printing and other print services for an educational event like this can be obtained from a professional print company.
Fayetteville’s Highland Presbyterian Church will act as the location for this year’s adoption fall training event. Its scheduled date is November 9.
