The Downtown ToNight festival returns next month, with a weekly event every Thursday night, until the end of the summer.
Organized by the Missoula Downtown Association, the Missoula Downtown Foundation and the Business Improvement District, the annual fair features shopping, food trucks and live entertainment. Food vendors signed up to return for the 2021 event include Basin Robbins, Isla’s Lemonade, Mountain Berry Bowls, River City Eats, and Bahn Missoula.
Entertainment on Thursdays in June will include Elijah Jalil, Tom Catmull, Riley James and Josh Farmer-Duo. The full schedule of performances throughout the summer, is available on the festival website.
Sponsors of this event keep it free for participants, generate important revenue for the local community, while bringing public awareness for their business. This year’s title sponsors include Zip Beverage, the Jackson Contractor Group Inc. and the Clearwater Credit Union. Sponsors are still needed for the festival, which may include the incorporation of the company’s Logo Design, on marketing materials and social media posts.
Residents may choose to purchase Caras Cash, as a way of supporting the local community. The cash is redeemable at Missoula festivals throughout the season. Caras Cash may be purchased from the Downtown Missoula Partnership office, located on 218 East Main Street.
The 2021 Downtown ToNight season launches in June, with a festival happening every Thursday night until the end of August, from 5:30 to 8:30 PM. It will be held at Caras Park, located at 123 Carousel Drive in downtown Missoula.
