Scheels will have a grand opening festival in October to celebrate its first store at Southgate Mall in Missoula.
Flannel Fest is a fall-themed celebration where guests can take part in fun, family-friendly programming while exploring the new Scheels store. There will be hourly giveaways held at the fest, and live music will be played. A few of the activities at the event include complimentary beard trims, a plaid contest, and a s’mores station. Guests can even participate in whiskey and jerky tastings. Yard games will be available to play during the celebration.
Scheels is a store that sells outdoor goods and sporting supplies. Many of the branches have unique attractions inside the building, such as aquariums, Ferris wheels, and arcade machines. The company was set up in 1902 by a German immigrant named Friedrich A. Scheele. The brand currently has 29 locations and has plans to open new stores in cities like Chandler and Wichita. Businesses such as this may promote themselves to new communities by giving out Promotional Products to first-time visitors.
The festival will be next Saturday, October 2, from noon to 4:00 pm. There is no cost to enter the activity and no need to register to attend in advance. Meetings with members from UM Griz Hockey will last from noon to 2:00 pm for those interested in seeing the team.
