The Missoula Chicks and Chaps Behind the Chutes fundraising event, in support of the fight against breast cancer, will be held next month. Women throughout Montana will enjoy a fun-filled day of rodeo events, refreshments and a live auction.
The 2021 event will feature a hands-on tutorial of the most popular events found at a professional rodeo, hosted by the Missoula Stampede. On-site celebrities will include rodeo announcer Will Rasmussen, and Sankey Pro Rodeo will be the event’s stock contractor.
Attendees will enjoy drinks and appetizers while participating in silent and live auctions. The evening will conclude with a rodeo performance in a specially designated area. Each attendee will receive a swag bag filled with Promotional Products, their choice of a trucker or a pink cowboy hat, and have an opportunity to enter to win raffle prizes. Ladies may also ride and take pictures on the practice bull, Mighty Bucky, if desired.
All proceeds from the event will be donated to individuals in the local community who have been affected by breast cancer.
The Missoula Chicks and Chaps Behind the Chutes fundraiser will be held on Thursday August 12th from 3:00 PM to 9:30 PM, at the Missoula County Fairgrounds located at 1101 South Avenue West. Seating will be available for ladies aged 21 and up, at tables of eight. Friends, family members, neighbors and coworkers may purchase a table together for $500.00, but several tables will also be reserved for single ticket holders at $65.00 each. Women are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing to the event.
