Wentzville's Parks and Recreation will be presenting Wentzville's America 250 Concert Series, an End of Summer Splash, and its annual Pooch Plunge over the summer.
Each America 250 Concert Series concert will take place from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm on Saturdays. It began with the Lone Rangers, who kicked off the series back on Saturday, June 13.
Scheduled for this Saturday, July 18, the high-energy group Breakdown Shakedown will play everything from Led Zeppelin to Maroon 5. They will be followed by Real Rock Revival on August 8. On September 12, Ben Morgan & Whiskey Tango will play rock and roll, country, and blues.
The concerts will be at Rotary Park, 2577 W Meyer Road, with the exception of this Saturday’s, which will take place at the Wentzville Community Club, 500 W Main Street.
Food trucks that sell items at events like this often have their paper products printed at local Print shops with their logo or other graphic design elements.
From 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm on August 1, Splash Station Aquatic Center at 1141 Peine Road invites all students to an End-of-Summer Splash. All who sign up before July 30 will receive bottles of water, Bags of chips, and hot dogs.
From 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Tuesday, September 8, the Splash Center will open its pool to canines and their owners. All dogs may win door prizes.
