Rotary club holds Wentzville charity golf tournament

Wentzville Rotary will be hosting its annual Charity Golf Tournament in early June.

The tournament format will be a four-person scramble with a shotgun start, and players at all skill levels are invited to play. Registration will be $125 for individual players or $500 for foursomes, and tickets for mulligans (free golf shots), raffles, and skins games will be available.

Team registration plus hole sponsorships is $625, which will include cart, green fees for 18 holes of golf, drinks, lunch, snacks, dinner, and free range balls. Proceeds from the tournament will go to supporting the Rotary's community programs.

Sponsorships are Hole sponsor at $125 and Lunch, Dinner, Cart, Tent, and Team sponsors at $500, and will include name and logo placement on the event's rolling video displays, Banners, and event signage. Any sponsor wishing to get their name and/or logo on the banners must get that information to the organizers as soon as possible before the banner printing is in motion.

Check-in will begin at 8:00 am with the shotgun start at 9:00 am. The championship-style course, considered one of St. Louis's toughest public golf courses, offers over 7,000 yards of play across 25 acres of picturesque, bluegrass, and zoysia fairways.

This year's annual Wentzville Rotary Charity Golf Tournament will take place on Tuesday, June 2, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at Bear Creek Golf Club, 158 Bear Creek Drive.
