Wentzville will be celebrating Thanksgiving with its annual Dog Wentzville Mile Wobble and One Mile Wentzville Wobble toward the end of November.
Local runners and walkers are invited to experience the Wentzville Wobble one-Mile Walk/Run. The run will not be chip timed, and participants can sprint, or stroll to the finish line.
Registration for residents is $25, $30 for nonresidents, and preregistration is required.
Swag for the racers will be long sleeve T-Shirts sporting the event's custom Logo Design.
The One Mile Wentzville Wobble will take place from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm at Heartland Park, 100 WM Dierberg Drive Saturday, November 23rd.
Registration for the Dog Mile Wentzville Wobble will be $15 for residents and their pooches and $20 for nonresidents and their furry friend. Those participating in the Dog mile will not receive t-shirts.
Dogs must be up to date on their rabies shots, and vaccines and be six months old or older. They must be on non-retractable leashes six feet long or shorter and there can only be one dog to a runner. Dogs and their owners will have a 20-minute deadline to cross the finish line.
Dog Mile Wentzville Wobble will occur right after the people One Mile Wentzville Wobble between 9:00 am to 10:00 am on Saturday, November 23rd in Heartland Park.
