Wentzville women ready for a day of “Midwest Farm meets Bohemian Charm” will be flocking to the Wild and Free Festival coming the first week in October.
This event will be an outdoor self-care experience, and although it will be free, participants are to register online. Those that do register online will be entered to win VIP swag Bags worth $100, and the first 100 to come through the gate will receive gift bags worth $25. The venue will offer live music and areas good for lounging.
Vendors from around the St. Louis area will include Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Goddess Jewelry and Gems, lulumon, Lucky Dog Farms infused fresh juices, R and R Farms products, Sound Bowls, and Boho Boutiques.
For an extra $25, Detox Yoga Studios’ Julie and Courtney will be holding a one-hour vinyasa flow yoga session out in the farm’s hemp fields from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Community and farm tours will begin after the yoga class.
Female business professionals may want to bring Business Cards some that they can use this time not only to relax, but also to connect with potential new clients.
The Wild and Free festival itself will take place at R and R Farms 1904, 1648 Bromley Lane on Saturday, October 7 from noon to 4:00 pm. Yoga participants will be admitted earlier.
