Wentzville residents will get a chance to enjoy the fall foliage by taking their families and friends to an outdoor festival this month. The festival will be presented by the City of Wentzville and the Wentzville Rotary.
Over 20 vendors will be selling food and beverages at the Wentzville Beer, Wine and Food Festival. Vendors this year will include Old Town Smokehouse, Kona Ice, Stefanina’s, Los Portales, Bob Evans, and Walmart.
Freese’s Pond and Johnny Chase will be presenting live entertainment. Kids can get all their energy out in the bounce houses and then go on to the games.
Proceeds from this event will go toward supporting Wentzville Rotary Foundations’ local projects. Some of these will be Jake’s Field of Dreams through Unlimited Play (an organization that helps community finance and build accessible, inclusive playgrounds) and nine local scholarships.
Kids aged 5 or younger will get in free, those from ages 6 to 20 will need to pay $10, and everyone 21 and up will pay $30. Adult tickets will include vendor samplings, live music, and promotional Drinkware. Tickets can be purchased from local Rotarians, the Rotary’s website, and on Eventbrite.
The festival is slated for Saturday, September 23 from 12:00 noon until 5:00 pm at Friendship Brewery, 100 E. Pitman Avenue, Wentzville. The venue has an inside area if the weather becomes inclement.
