Trivia buffs aged 21 and over here in Wentzville will be dusting off their skills and heading for the first ever Wentzville Community Historical Society Trivia Night coming toward the end of March.
Along with a rousing evening of trivia, the four-hour affair will feature a 50/50 raffle, a silent auction, and door prizes. Many may want to bring Business Cards as there will be intermissions between rounds for networking, socializing, nibbling on refreshments they have brought from home, and checking the silent auction bids.
Guests may want to create a theme and team name, dress up to add to their theme, decorate their table, and bring props. There will be trivia prizes for first and last places and for best decorated table.
Tables of either will cost $200, so those interested in attending may wish to round up a few trivia buddies to help with the questions, benefit from more brain power, and defray the cost.
All proceeds from the evening will go to supporting the educational programs and preserving local history at the Wentzville Community Historical Society Museum.
Doors will open at 6:00 pm, trivia will begin at 7:00 pm, and things should wind down around 10:00 pm. This event will take place on Friday, March 28 at Wentzville Community Club, which is at 500 West Main Street.
