For Wentzville homeowners and those thinking about become homeowners, Kathy Bradley, Keller Williams Realty West will be holding a 2024 Housing Resource Fair next month.
The event has been organized to disseminate information about maintaining, renting, finding, selling or buying homes in St. Charles County.
Attendees can look forward to learning about credit repair, realtors, down payment and rental assistance, and educational opportunities. Mortgage lenders, insurance agents, home inspectors, and grant and housing specialists will be available to hand out Business Cards, Flyers with information and to answer questions.
Some organizations that will have members discussing money matters will be Lori Williams from Preferred Rate Mortage, David Ames from New American Funding, City of O'Fallon Grants and Assistance Division, and Kathleen Spies from FirstMid Bank.
Other participating organizations will include City of Saint Charles Community Development, Matthew Hall Agency at Farmers Insurance Agency, Habitat for Humanity and Community Council of Saint Charles County, Northeasts Community Action Corporation, and Beyond Housing. Orf Home Inspections, Credit Law Center and Delta Center for Independent Living will also have representatives on-site.
Although admission will be open to the public and free, those interested in attending are being asked to register online.
The 2024 Housing Resource Fair will take place Saturday, April 13th from 9:00 am to noon at the Krekel Civic Center, 305 Civic Park Drive, O'Fallon.
