A highly anticipated event among residents of Wentzville is returning to the region after postponement last year. The Annual Duckfest is presented by Flynn Drilling Co. and offers free general admission to the local and surrounding communities.
The festival takes place at 370 Lakeside Park in St. Peters and offers a full day filled with fun and festivities. Live music and performances will take place throughout the day along with limitless drinks. A raffle will be held offering grand prizes.
Also included at the Duckfest will be a vendor fair. Visitors can peruse a broad range of crafts, products, and items. Vendors can sign up to participate via the event website. Local Print shops provide services for vendors such as business card printing. It is essential to have a good supply of Business Cards at public events to help create future business.
A sanctioned Duck Calling Contest will be held for competitors for possible placement at the upcoming Nationals, which is held in Stuttgart, Arkansas.
All proceeds from the 2021 Duckfest will benefit local non-profit organizations including Emmaus Homes, along with the St. Charles Jaycees.
Diamond partners for the Duckfest include Purina, The Great Grizzly, Guild Mortgage, and GFI Digital. There are also levels for silver, gold, and platinum for those interested in partnering and sponsoring the event.
The 2021 Duckfest will be held this Saturday, October 2 beginning at 10:00 am.
