Cedar Lake Cellars, which is located in Wright City between Warrenton and Wentzville, recently announced that it has hired a husband and wife chef team.
Chef Aaron Lyons will serve as the Executive Chef and Ashley Lyons will take on the role of Chef de Cuisine.
With the addition of the chefs, it is likely the winery will need to work with a local Print company to update the Menus, which will feature upscale American cuisine. The Lyonses have substantial experience and will work on designing menus with a variety of dishes, with hopes of using locally grown foods.
Aaron will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and staff to ensure top-quality dishes for those dining at the winery. He earned his degree from the Orlando Culinary Academy and is ACF Certified.
Ashley will work to form the connection between the kitchen and the customers ensuring what they are ordering is prepared and arrives at their table exactly as they requested. She will also oversee the prep work and inspect the dishes before they are brought out to diners.
Cedar Lake Cellars restaurant is open year-round and has seating for over 200 diners with its combination of indoor and outdoor seating. During the weekends, the winery presents live music for patrons over the age of 21. The winery is located at 11008 Schreckengast Rd.
