The 6th Annual 370 Lakeside Triathlon will be held in St. Peters this August and will feature 21 races of varying levels of skill and fitness for the community to participate in.
The 370 Lakeside Triathlon is A USAT-sanctioned event that takes place at 370 Lakeside Park every year. The park is St. Peters largest park, boasting 500 acres of recreational land with a 140-acre lake for fishing and boating, a group campground, RV park, dog parks, sprayground, and biking and hiking trails. The triathlon will take advantage of these amenities, with all racecourses occurring within the park grounds.
People of all skill levels are encouraged to compete, from seasoned athletes to those just beginning their fitness journey. There will be a variety of distances, including a 5K, spring for beginners, super sprint, and half distance challenge. There will also be an aquathon, aquabike, and duathlon to participate in.
Race events like this will often have their courses decorated with festive Banners announcing different activities and starting and finishing lines. Organizers may visit Print shops in their area that have banner printing capabilities to create these banners professionally.
The 370 Lakeside Triathlon is scheduled to take place on August 23, beginning at 6:45 am. 370 Lakeside Park is located at 1000 Lakeside Park Drive, St. Peters. Registration price ranges from $36.29 to $311.18.
