Oakdale residents who want to get the most from their autumn experience will have a different kind of yoga experience to look forward to this October.
Puppies & Yoga with Reyna and Brenna is being organized in neighboring Woodbury soon, attracting Oakdale residents who want to welcome the new season by doing something active and interacting with puppies. Attendees will enjoy a setting where they can stretch and enjoy a break from life’s hustle and bustle. The session will be led by Reyna Rousseau and Brenna Hoberg, who will pair their teachings with their shared love of puppies.
The yoga experience will be more geared toward relaxation rather than intensity. It is open to individuals of all experience levels, with the hosts aiming to provide a warm and inclusive gathering. Organizers can lean on Print shops for flyer printing to reach their audience and raise awareness of events like this in the community.
Only 28 spots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The event also support animals on a more general basis as well, so donations of kitten toys, kennels, cat food, and wet dog food are appreciated. The experience is being sponsored by CrossCountry Mortgage.
Downward Dogs Puppy Yoga, located on Seasons Parkway in neighboring Woodbury, is hosting the session of Puppies and Yoga, which is scheduled for Tuesday, October 6th, from 1:45pm to 3:25pm. Registration is free online, and donations are welcome.
