The Oakdale Chamber of Commerce has arranged a citywide garage sale, and all are asked to help kick off this new community event.
This will be the first time the Chamber has hosted this activity, and its membership is hoping it will be a big success. To help make it easy for all households to get involved, the organization will take care of marketing the function.
When they sign up for the sale, the participants will be invited to a signage pickup day where they will be given a customized yard sale sign and access to online Promotional Products. Their address will be added to the function’s website and map of the participating locations, and both Chamber members and non-members are encouraged to clean out their attic, basement, or garage and get involved.
Another benefit being offered to the registrants is that they will be invited to attend the distribution event where they can pick up their sign and receive a free meal for themselves and the rest of their household. The first ever Oakdale Area Garage Sale weekend will run from Thursday, May 6 to Saturday, May 8. Its registration system is now open and bookings can be made via the Chamber’s website.
