An event taking place next spring will give local people a chance to turn their trash into someone else's treasure.
A huge indoor garage sale will be taking over Oakdale’s Discovery Center for one day only this coming spring, and table bookings will be accepted as of January 2021. There are only a limited number of spaces being made available, and they are expected to be filled up quickly, so anyone who is interested has been advised to reserve the spot as soon as possible in the new year.
Admission to this community market will be free of charge, and tables can be reserved for $22 for a set of two. The organizers explained that each vendor will only be permitted to book one pair of tables, and additional racks will not be permitted.
With everything from gently used items to handmade goods on sale, an event like this can be fun to browse through, and allows people to carry out a little spring cleaning. This community pop-up will be welcoming Oakdale shoppers on Saturday, May 15, 2021. It will be open for browsing and buying from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm.
