The Oakdale Chamber of Commerce serves the area's business community in a variety of ways, and it will soon be rolling out the red carpet for an event that takes full advantage of spring’s arrival.
The organization has invited community members to attend its Spring Fling soiree, featuring all sorts of ‘80s-style flair. Tickets are $25.00 each, and as all of the monies raised will be used to help local food banks and scholarship programs, the guests can be happy they are doing a good turn while they have fun.
Everyone at the celebration will be able to enjoy a variety of small-plate dishes prepared by area eateries, and beer and wine samples will also be poured. They will all receive an entry to use for the raffle draw, and the prize for this is $1,500 in cash.
The listing prepared for the event notes that it would not be possible to host the occasion without the support of area businesses. Many organizers opt to thank their sponsors by including the Logo Design of each in their marketing materials.
