While dogs and cats often have many options when it comes to a day at the spa, the smaller per set may not have as many choices, but an upcoming nail trim will cater specifically to them.
Chuck and Don's Pet Food and Supplies in St. Paul will be giving those who have a ferret, rabbit, guinea pig or other pocket pet the chance to get their nails trimmed as part of a clinic fundraiser planned for the Oakdale area. Those interested are asked to book their spot in advance, and the trims will be performed by trained volunteers.
Everything from sugar gliders to gerbils can have their nails trimmed and fur brushed, and donations for these services will be highly appreciated. By signing up ahead of time, the attendees will make it easier for the organizers to ensure there will be enough personnel on hand, and pets must be in an appropriate carrier. Vaccinations are required.
The listing for the activity pointed out that, to help fund its work, the host organization will have an assortment of merchandise featuring its Logo Design on offer. This can be ordered ahead of time so it will be available for pick up on the day of the trim.
