Oakdale diners to take seats for holiday dinner

Many countries and cultures have their own set of holiday traditions, and those that hail from Germany will be highlighted as part of an event coming up near Oakdale.

Tickets are available for a holiday-themed meal planned by the Germanic American Institute, and this activity tends to sell out each year. Tickets to take a seat for the occasion are $80 each, and include other perks as well as the catered dinner.

The festivities will open with a presentation in the venue’s ballroom, showcasing German holiday music, stories, and singing. After this, dinner will be served to the guests, with regular, vegetarian, and gluten-free options all on the menu. Salad, dessert, and coffee will be included, and each diner will receive two complimentary glasses of their choice of beer, wine, or a soft drink.

When making arrangements to host a special event, many organizers opt to source banner printing and other services from a local banner printing company. It will be able to offer options that may be used just once or deployed over and over again, potentially making this a good long-term investment.

The Germanic American Institute has scheduled this evening of festivities for Saturday, December 10 at 301 Summit Avenue. Tickets will be on offer until Monday, December 5 if they do not sell out before.
