To commemorate Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, Chris Fritch Team eXp Realty will be presenting St. Jude Walk/Run Twin Cities, MN 5k here in Minneapolis in the latter part of September.
Those interested in participating are encouraged to register and choose either the in-person or the virtual runner option. Next, they need to download the event's mobile app and start raising funds for the kids at St. Jude.
St. Jude has a Fearless Fundraiser Recognition program that offers swag for fundraising. Those raising $100 or more will receive event T-Shirts. The $250 level will offer tote Bags or Tritan water bottle. At the $500 level fundraisers may choose from either a super stadium seat or competitor zip pullovers. Other items are offered at the $1000, $2500, $5000 and $10,000 levels.
Individuals, teams and corporate teams are encouraged to participate. Teams that often participate together in multiple events like this often get colorful t-shirts printed with either their company's Logo Design or team graphic design at local Print shops.
The Minneapolis in-person run will take place on a flat and fast trail in Bloom Island Park. The event will begin at 8:30 am, followed by opening ceremonies at 9:45 am. At 10:30 am, after the walk/run, a celebration will begin, and food trucks will have snacks for purchase.
Both local and national sponsorships are available. The St. Jude Walk will take place September 20th.
