Event planners invited to industry expo

Minnesota’s event planning community will soon be joining together for an event near Brooklyn Park that will see them network and learn about the latest developments in their industry.

The day will offer them a chance to learn, connect, and support one another, and entry is free of charge to those who work in the field.

Both planners and suppliers will be participating in this year’s Event Planners and Suppliers Expo. The plan is for there to be music and other entertainment, as well as presentations from different professionals who will be sharing information and advice that may be of interest to those in the industry.

Various service providers, ranging from florists to staging and lighting technicians, have booked display space for the occasion, and there will also be opportunities for companies that rent or sell products like tents and limousines to showcase themselves to potential customers. Spaces are available for booking, and the price for this includes a skirted table, chair, and 10x8-foot space.

The companies that participate in the expo will be offered an assortment of perks. They will be included in social media announcement and printed Promotional Products for the event, and they will also be added to the list of attendees.

The Earle Brown Heritage Center has been chosen to be the venue for this gathering, and it will be open to the event planning community on March 5. Organizers have confirmed that 100 free passes will be offered to those who are interested in attending.
