Local drink experts will be offering a class this summer that can help those who participate become amateur mixologists, and these sessions are expected to sell out fast.
Tattersall Distilling produces a variety of craft-style liqueurs and other distilled products, and these can be used to craft many different cocktails, both traditional and modern. The Brooklyn Park area distillery will be hosting an event that will be interactive and teach those who participate how they can craft their very own summer cocktails that are light and breezy. The classes have space for up to 18, and the learning will include a history of each of the recipes and details about the ingredients used.
While the group discovers the various drinks that can be made using products produced by Tattersall Distilling, they will also enjoy savory treats from Surdyk’s Cheese Shop. This can give them a chance to explore different pairings and get inspired with hosting tips for their next celebration.
Tickets for the class are $60 each, and this includes the samples, instruction and appetizers. Along with this, each of the learners will be offered special discounts they can redeem at Surdyk’s Liquor and Cheese Shop. Stationery printers can provide recipe cards and discount coupons to distribute during a learning event like this.
This chance for the public to add to their cocktail repertoire will be offered on August 20. It will begin at 6:00 pm.
