The Upper Midwest Oncology Education Network (UMOEN) is organizing an educational conference in Bloomington for healthcare professionals.
The UMOEN 8th Annual Meeting is a multi-day experience that discusses many crucial topics with attending healthcare workers. The conference will be organized at The Radisson Blue Mall of America, and its primary goal is to educate those working in hematology and oncology. The UMOEN’s board of directors have implemented a rule that makes it mandatory for any presenter or guest of the meeting to be vaccinated. Subjects covered in the program include advanced lung cancer and new drug updates.
There will be several opportunities at the UMOEN’s annual meeting to interact and exchange Business Cards with fellow attendees, including a continental breakfast, dinner symposium, and a designated networking hour featuring snacks and a cash bar. Several expert speakers will present at the annual meeting, like Erica Warlick, Kelly Grosklags, and Sara Nowak. The president of UMOEN, Jeremy Whalen, will give a welcoming speech and overview of the program.
The meeting will be on Friday, November 12 and Saturday, November 13. Tickets for the conference will cost $75 until November 5. Those who register on November 12 will need to pay $85, and guests who purchase tickets on November 13 must pay $100. The venue is offering hotel discounts to attendees of the conference.
