Bloomington to host semi-online job fair

Champions of Diversity will be hosting a special job fair this June in Bloomington at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Minneapolis Airport.

The Minneapolis Champions of Diversity Job Fair is a unique event where professionals can find positions in industries such as manufacturing, marketing, and logistics.

The event is distinctive due to being split into two separate parts. Applicants will first participate in multiple online interviews with recruiters in real-time by using the latest in online recruitment technology. Potential hires are then given a designated meeting time and will arrive for a face-to-face interview at the job fair.

Champions of Diversity has partnered with Choice Career Fairs and I Heart Radio to set up this special event. The organization was founded in Ohio during 2007 and aims to become an informational resource. The group promotes diverse and multicultural events throughout the United States and parts of Canada. Organizations that create gatherings similar to this can use printing services to design memorable ads for future events.

The Minneapolis Champions of Diversity Job Fair will be held on Thursday, June 11 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. The hiring event is free for people seeking employment. Companies that want to enter the career fair can pay $950 to receive an online and on-site booth that can be visited by attending applicants. The package will include a table, lunch, and a quarter-page advertisement in the event program book.
