The Bloomington Symphony Orchestra will perform at the Minnesota Masonic Heritage Center in October.
Soaring with Tchaikovsky is a performance from the Bloomington Symphony Orchestra that celebrates the organization’s 62nd concert season. The show will feature music like Variations on America by Charles Ives, The Lark Ascending by Ralph Vaughan Williams, and Piotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 5 in E Minor. Michael Sutton will play the violin for the event. Those who organize concerts such as this can use flyer printing services to help promote the events to more people.
The music director and conductor for the performance will be Manny Laureano, an experienced trumpet player who originally played with the Minnesota Orchestra and the Seattle Symphony Orchestra. He conducted several Minnesota Orchestra Young People’s Concerts and is one of the co-artistic directors of Minnesota Youth Symphonies. Laureano has also worked with the Cuban American Youth Orchestra organization. He attended the Juilliard School of Music and has given presentations in countries like England and Germany.
The Bloomington Symphony Orchestra will perform on October 6th at 2:00 pm. Doors to the performance will open at 1:30 pm. Premium tickets to the show are $25 per person. Adults can purchase their tickets in advance for $19. Discounts are available for students and seniors. People may choose to sit on the venue’s balcony or main floor.
