Real estate expo explores industry trends

Those in Sylvan Lake interested in real estate will want to make a note in their Journals, as a large expo is set to open in nearby Waterford Township.

Michigan’s Largest Real Estate Expo is coming to the Sylvan Lake area this March, with organizers looking to start a new annual tradition. The expo aims to be more than a conference, allowing attendees to connect with other like-minded individuals in the real estate industry and learn how they can help shape the state’s housing market.

The organizers anticipate hosting between 10,000 and 20,000 visitors, along with 13 keynote speakers and 300 exhibitors. The exhibitors will include lenders, designers, contractors, and realtors, providing a convenient setting for area professionals to build a robust network. Business card printing is a fantastic way to prepare for such expos, making networking a quick and professional experience.

The setting will be family-friendly, with activities for guests of all ages, including live demonstrations and prize drawings. Winners can receive a $25,000 home renovation grand prize. Attendees can also earn up to 6 CE credits from the Michigan Institute of Real Estate, enhancing their skill set.

The expo will be hosted by the Oakland Expo Center in neighboring Waterford Township. It will be held on Saturday, March 28th, and Sunday, March 29th, opening at 10:00 AM. General admission tickets cost $14.64 per person online.
