Music enthusiasts in the Sylvan Lake area are in for a treat this summer, as an acclaimed composer and pianist has announced a performance at a nearby venue.
An Evening at the Piano with David Nevue is set to open this August, giving music lovers and aspiring artists an opportunity to watch an expert perform. Nevue, who is an award-winning and internationally recognized artist, will get to share his songs and stories with the audience, with new fans getting to enjoy these same songs over streaming services like Pandora, Apple Music, and Spotify.
The songs performed will be from several of Nevue’s 17 albums, including his most recent, Soft Light of Grace, which topped the charts for his genre. Attendees will get to learn more about the stories and inspiration for David’s songs, providing an uplifting evening. Promoting events like this with poster printing is a cost-effective way to raise awareness and generate excitement in the community.
Fans will have an opportunity to meet with David before and after the concert for the chance to get photos and autographs. Only 60 seats will be available, and parents are asked to arrange for childcare for their little ones.
The Kawai Piano Gallery of Michigan in nearby Bloomfield Township will host the concert, which starts at 7:00 PM on Saturday, August 15th. Tickets cost $30 per person online.
