Sylvan Lake residents with an eye on parenthood will want to save the date, as an educational seminar will shed light on what to expect and how to prepare.
The Babies and Bumps Detroit 2025 educational seminar will begin welcoming walk-ups and registered guests next month to provide access to vendors, exhibits, and workshops that prepare new and soon-to-be parents. It will be the 3rd iteration of the gathering, which will occur in an intimate, conference-like setting.
Guests will enjoy an hour-long session with Jamie Grayson, a subject matter expert, who will provide a breakdown of the top products for newborns in several categories. All vendors will be small business owners with quality products and top-notch reviews to ensure new parents have all the proper resources to raise a healthy newborn. Attendees will also have access to educational sessions and demonstrations, including infant CPR. The purpose is to teach participants how to practice these life-saving techniques at home. The host venue will feature amenities for new parents to find peace, quiet, and pumping.
