Next month, Michigan State University will host the Fall 2023 CXM 360 Conference in Lansing, and will focus on teaching businesses how to improve their customer experience.
The College of Business’s Marketing Department will present the conference, which will discuss the six core competencies necessary for managing the customer experience. The six core competencies to be highlighted include organizations centered around the customer, understanding employees and customers, innovation and design, employee engagement and experience, data analytics and continuous improvement, and diversity and inclusion.
The conference will feature various mini-workshops and presentations revolving around relevant topics that companies and business leaders wish to address. The collaborative forum is designed to encourage the sharing of knowledge, ideas, and experiences across different industries. Attendees will also be able to participate in engaging and interactive networking opportunities with their fellow customer service management professionals. Breakfast, lunch, and a cocktail reception will be included in event registration.
Professionals attending events featuring networking activities may decide to bring along an updated supply of Business Cards, which can be printed at shops specializing in business card printing.
The CXM 360 conference will be held on Wednesday, November 1 and Thursday, November 2 from 9:00am to 4:00pm each day. It will take place at the Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center, which is located at 219 South Harrison Road in East Lansing.
