Santa throws switch on Clawson holiday lights
The winter holiday season is a festive time of the year, and Clawson’s Memorial Park will once again serve as the location for an event that brings neighbors together.
The annual Clawson Christmas Tree Lighting will take place after the sun goes down, and it will mark the beginning of the community's holiday activities. Santa is set to be the guest of honor, and there will be lots of other fun as well.
Along with all of the twinkling lights and other decor, the activity will feature carol sings, and Clawson school students will provide other musical entertainment as well. Hot chocolate and cookies will be served, and Santa will arrive in a fire truck to throw the switch on the light displays. The kids in the crowd will be able to meet with him in person to share their holiday wishes, and the celebration will run for one and a half hours.
Communities that choose to host holiday themed activities may be in the market for custom printing services. A banner printing company will be happy to provide a range of choices, including ones that may be used year after year.
