This holiday season, Clawson will welcome the return of its annual Christmas Tree Lighting thanks to the efforts of both the city and its Chamber of Commerce.
The activity will be staged in Clawson’s Memorial Park, and it has taken place annually for many years. It is set for early December and will include some special seasonal guests.
People can enjoy the carolers singing at the Park’s gazebo, and may join in if they wish. Local firefighters will be giving Santa a special entrance, as he will arrive in a fire truck, ready to throw the switch on the venue’s tree lights and other displays. The chamber of commerce will provide a chance to keep warm with cookies and cocoa, and Clawson students will supply string-orchestra tunes. The kids can spend some time visiting The Big Guy in Red.
Holiday events often call for festive decor, and a banner printing company will be happy to help. Its oversized Print technology will allow it to prepare large and extra-large items with text and graphics that are clear and sharp.
Clawson will be gathering at this seasonal celebration set for Wednesday, December 2, and all will be welcome to take part starting at 6:30 pm and continuing until 8:00 pm. Anyone interested in finding out more can do so through its web listing.
