Each spring, The Garden Party Foundation hosts a special occasion that combines wine, food, and classic cars. This is the 11th year for the celebration, and it is expected that it will once again draw many of its guests from the Clawson area.
This annual garden party will be held on an early June afternoon. Guests can sample the food and beverages and enjoy the entertainment, and if they bring along their classic vehicle, they will be able to display their “baby’ for all the guests to see and admire.
The guest list for the occasion is expected to be in the hundreds, and 30 area restaurants will be supplying the dishes for the guests to enjoy. A large selection of wine will also be available for sampling, all with a goal of creating a memorable experience. Custom decor can enhance the festive atmosphere of an occasion like this, and it can be readily sourced from local Print shops.
The monies raised during this outdoor celebration will be utilized in providing culinary and trade school scholarships to underprivileged youth in the community. The organizers explained that the goal is to offer a hand up so everyone can have an opportunity to reach their educational goals.
