Clawson to welcome return of Fall Festival

The City of Clawson Parks and Recreation Department recently announced that the community's annual Fall Festival is right around the corner, and everyone is on the guestlist for the celebration.

For the past 20 years, the city has welcomed one and all for this special event, and this year, it will take place in Clawson City Park. Members of the public who attend the festivities will find lots to see and do, capped off by a bonfire courtesy of the Clawson Fire Department.

When they arrive at the park, event attendees will be able to hop aboard a hayride, take in the live music and other entertainment, and browse through the artisan market. Food trucks have been invited to roll in, and the crowd can also enjoy some refreshments in the cider and donut tent.

Along with the rest of the fun, local not-for-profits will be setting up booths and displays to help raise awareness of their causes. Many will be distributing informational materials prepared by a brochure printing company. Anyone who would like to find out more about this opportunity to connect with area residents is asked to call 248.589.0334.

The annual Clawson Fall Festival will bring the fun to the city on Saturday, September 28. It will be welcoming one and all from 1:00 pm until 7:00 pm.
