Clawson to host fantasy author

Andy Lockwood will no doubt be warmly welcomed by Clawson lovers of fantasy fiction as he Signs copies of three of his Books this month.

In an event sure to be of interest to publishers and Print shops, Lockwood’s Books ‘At Calendar’s End: Omnibus’, ‘Empty Hallways’, and ‘House of Thirteen: Book One’ will be available for purchase and signing.

At Calendar’s End: Omnibus centers on the Intercalary, who are in charge of maintaining the flow of the cycle of time. Life has been more or less uneventful, but a dark force threatens to expose the sins of time.

In House of Thirteen: Book One, a girl named Ren has been brought back to life, and the Delaney family takes her in. She is housed with several sisters whose lives were spared by the same mysterious circumstances. Ren then journeys into a new and mysterious world, discovering that the reasons why things happen are sometimes better left unknown.

Lastly, Empty Hallways centers on a psychiatric patient named David Hartlett, who battles many demons and dark spirits. His psychiatrist, Dr. Schrader, believes that he is exaggerating the extent of his issues. However, what neither Dr. Schrader nor Hartlett is aware of is that a dark spirit from a previous tragedy is haunting St. Marguerite’s Hospital.

Lockwood’s signing will be held at the Scriptorium in Clawson on November 17 at 10:00. Light refreshments will be exchanged for small donations, and children are asked to be accompanied by an adult.
