To get revved up for Halloween, Clawson families are invited to check out a program their local library has on offer for the season.
The Blair Memorial Library has organized its Spooktacular Family Movie Night initiative, and it will give area families a way to enjoy a night in. Each film DVD will be available for renting at no cost, and everyone who would like to take advantage of the offer will need to show their library card when they pick up their movie.
To help make the program even more fun, the DVDs will be bundled with a snack to share while the families take in the show. They can be held on to for up to one week, and must be returned, in person, to the library once they have been viewed.
An activity like this is one way a library can support the community it serves. Print shops will be able to prepare Packaging materials such as Boxes or Bags that can be used to house the kits for distribution, and these may include a festive graphic design prepared just for the occasion.
Families who register for this activity can pick up their kits on Saturday, October 16 at any time between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. They must be returned by no later than the following Saturday, October 23.
