Huntington Woods Parks and Recreation has made arrangements to host a story time and visit with Santa, and to help combat COVID-19, it will be a drive through experience. There will be plenty of photo ops, and the cost to take part is $10 per child.
When the families roll up to the venue, they will be able to snap some quick photos, and if social distancing protocols allow, they may even be able to take some shots of the kids sitting on Santa’s bench. They will also receive a craft kit so they can get creative at home, and hot chocolate will be served. Once they arrive back home, they can go online to listen to a story read by Ms. Joyce from the local library.
Offering the families that take part in this sort of evening coloring sheets and activity Books is one way to thank them for coming out. Items like these can be obtained from area Stationery printers.
